Also known as "Dr. A", Adeola Sonaike, PhD, is a Health Executive in the non-profit sector where she specializes in creating solutions for equitable health outcomes through public health research and health policy advocacy. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in public health and health policy and serves as a Board of Director for multiple national organizations.

Dr. A is also the founder of The Pop Up Labs, a consulting firm and innovation incubator that equips impact entrepreneurs with the resources and skillsets to transform their brands into sustainable businesses.
